but one day I'll be linked to my own realm The Anti-Hive and you'll be able to visit me there. That's where I become my evil alter-ego: Marketing Buzzword Bee. >:(

Worry-proofing Gerard Roofs

“The worry-proof roof” is an idea developed to encapsulate the remarkable resilience of Gerard roofs in all types of adverse circumstances.

As well as being exported to more than 120 countries, Gerard pressed steel roofs have been tested to withstand incredible environmental extremes. For example: A Gerard roof will hold tight in wind-speeds equal to a category 5 hurricane, yet can weigh as little as 10% of the equivalent concrete or clay tile roof.

To express how well Gerard roofs perform, in simple and entertaining ways, ProCreation developed this series of five 15 second commercials, and organised Gerard Roofs' sponsorship of the TV One weather updates as a platform from which to launch the ‘worry-proof’ campaign.

As the campaign rolls out, we are extending the concept to magazine advertising, radio, online and direct to the building trade.

The idea features on Gerard Roofs’ website, the overhaul and re-design of which was also part of ProCreation's work, prior to the launch of the new direction for the brand.
